Too much time...

The baby can't come soon enough.... Though this is absolutely adorable Sweet Pea hates it. She's licking herself bald though so we have to occasionally dress her up to keep her from making it worse. Don't worry she's going on a car ride on Tues!!! Yea! She just loves the vet. Today is my day off and Frankie took the day off so we could get some more work done on the extension. First off he and I are installing the insulation in the ceiling panels and then his best friend Derek is coming over later with his truck to help Frankie collect the drywall panels at Lowes. Frankie and I installed the insulation in the walls a couple of weeks ago and it didn't take near as long as we thought it would so today shouldn't take too long. I hope! The rest of our man crew is coming over on Sat to finish the drywall installation. We LOVE you guys!!! I have to work on Sat's now so it's just gonna be a whole house of testosterone.
On a different note our little side project/ ebay store is working out quite well as well. It was initially started as a way to cleanse the house of unwanted clutter and my ridiculous collection of vintage hats and purses. But apparently you can make pretty good cash too. It's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be, we highly recommend it. If you know of anyone who likes vintage clothes etc.. or jewelry we have a couple of very nice rings up there now. Check us out, just do an advanced search for shearterror05 and it will pull up our page.
On the baby front everything is great. He's been kicking like a little frog alot now. From the feel of it he lucked out and inherited his fathers' beautiful, muscular runners legs, and not my chicken legs. Ha ha ha, wouldn't that be just tragic!? Anyhow we are at 25 weeks now. Crazy how the time has flown by. My little man is gonna start filling out now. He's over a foot long now but very thin. This is the point where most of his organs, except the lungs of course, are fully formed so now he starts packing on the pounds. It's pretty neat that he already has an established hair pattern and even eyelashes and eyebrows too! He doesn't like loud bands, we learned this last week at the Detroit Winterblast, or sleeping at night. He's probably just gonna be a night owl like his mother. We'll post some new pictures of my belly soon. It's taking on a pretty crazy shape now, I thought it would drive me crazy but I kinda like it. It's still novel. We'll see how I feel about that in a few more weeks. In the next couple of weeks he'll double in weight and he's suppose to maintain that rate increase steadily until the end.

Opening remarks.....
Well I guess it's contagious so we're going to try our hands at this blogging and see what happens.. I'm not making any promises. But with soooo much happening already this year and last we thought it might be easier to keep everyone up to date in this format. This blog is really for friends and family, it's not intended to be deep or super intellectual or anything like that. In fact I know there will be misspellings and incorrect use of grammar and such.... so get over it. So let's get everyone up to date....
Frank and I, after a whirlwind courtship and wonderfully quick and no frills marriage in Key West (May 4th, 2007) are extremely excited to welcome a new addition to our family. Our son, whom we have already named Rainier Joseph Kozlowski, will be joining us soon. Approximately June 6, 2008 if our Dr. is correct. We've been blessed and have had an easy pregnancy so far. Thank you Mom and Grandma Waite for the good genes!!! We're currently working out the baby shower details and once we have everything nailed down will of course be sending out the invites and posting here our registry info. for anyone who would like to send gifts but can't make it (I know the shower thing just isn't everyones idea of a good time nor is it within everyones driving range!). Most of you know I don't care for the fuss but we didn't do anything big for the wedding so we figured we'd kinda have fun with the shower. Besides baby crap is so adorable, how can you not? Rainier already has more shoes/slippers etc. than I do! Like I said we'll keep you all updated as the details become more clear. Right now we're looking at April, 26th.
On the other front Frank is working hard as always, full-time at the juvenile justice agency and a couple of days a week at the college. I just started a new job after a 6 month hiatus. I'm now working 4 days a week at the Premier Salon at Macy's at Somerset. It's a beautiful salon/spa and I've been welcomed with open arms. It's very refreshing after all the negativity at the last place. They know I'm pregnant (it's kinda hard to hide anymore) and are very excited and helpful. I've had a great first week and hope to build steadily, of course you are all welcome to come say hi anytime and send your friends my way of course! It's much appreciated.
We're getting pretty close to finishing the addition to our cozy cabin and we'll try to post pictures as we get closer. We are so having everyone over once it's completed! Thank you's to all the wonderful people, you know who you are, who regularly forfeit their Sat. mornings to help us finish this undertaking.
